In response to demand for more information about careers in science, engineering and technology, Headstart has designed a new module for their university-based summer school programme. During a 60 minute question-and-answer seminar held in university lecture theatres, participants meet with recent graduates and find out what it is like to work in different industries - from young people who have just started out on their new career.
Headstart Grapevine was introduced at 18 universities throughout the UK in 2003 and the 'Courses' page on this website shows which Sponsor hosts the event at each university.
Students are encouraged to explore all of the questions they would not have thought possible in other circumstances! |
